Chicago Women in Social Impact

This is a Circle for women and allies who advance social impact through philanthropy, impact investment, volunteerism, corporate social responsibility, social entrepreneurship, or general work in the public or nonprofit sectors. We also welcome anyone from any sector who is interested in learning more about social impact. As a new Circle, we aim to develop an Impact Navigation Program in which early career women will paired either with a peer or a more seasoned professional for a quarter to expand their network and gain experience in building sustainable professional relationships with other women in social impact. As political advocacy is inextricably linked to the advancement of social impact, we aspire to build an Advocacy and Communications Subcommittees, which will identify and support issues related to women's rights, particularly in the workplace, at the local, federal, and international levels.
