To bring together women leaders who have committed themselves to life long journeys of enabling those around them so that we can find collective strength as we grow the impact of our work!
To survive in a world that is filled with noise, dissonance, rage, intolerance, and violence is a remarkable fete for any human! However, to be able to thrive in it as a “woman” - to live in a system that is designed to provide invisible privileges for just being born a man - to live in a system where one has to balance her dreams, duties, and responsibilities - to live in a system where one has to be the nurturer, caregiver, lover and yet be an achiever and a leader Is an achievement itself! While we try to “find that balance” and live meaningful lives, our journeys can be enabled by the collective thoughts of like-minded individuals who are navigating similar paths. Through dialogues that lead to purposeful actions, the Dream Catchers Chennai circle is for all of us who dare to dream of a more equitable and peaceful world. “We cannot change what we are not aware of, and once we are aware, we cannot help but change.”
