A few years ago, I came across Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg—It talks about the challenges women faced in corporate which are rarely voiced. I do see that the corporate world has changed but it is sometimes difficult to navigate. We, as a community can empower each other and find support and trust in each other to make better decisions especially in the time of challenging situations. Today, as I stand at a point where I’m ready to make meaningful changes, I want to create something bigger than an individual journey—a community.
