Binghamton University's Women in Business implemented Lean In Circles in the Spring 2015 semester with much success. Women in Business works to foster leadership skills and works to help our members grow on both a personal and professional level. We focus particularly on women's leadership and empowerment. Lean In Circles provide an avenue for our members to bond on a more personal level, as we are a large organization, and have proved to be extremely beneficial to the success and growth of our members.
