USAF - Supply Women's Leadership Circle

VISION: To create a supportive and inclusive community where women in supply can come together to share experiences, learn from one another, and collectively drive positive change in the field. GOALS: 1. Foster a network of Lean-in circles specifically tailored to the needs and interests of women in the Supply profession, providing a platform for open dialogue, skill-building, and mutual support. 2. Facilitate mentorship opportunities within Lean-in circles, connecting experienced professionals with emerging talent to foster growth, guidance, and career advancement. 3. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within Supply by empowering women to take on leadership roles, challenge stereotypes, and advocate for equal opportunities. 4. Organize regular events, workshops, and discussions focused on relevant topics such as leadership development, negotiation skills, work-life balance, and industry trends to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of members.
