I started this group because I wanted a network of Women in STEM careers like me, who want to connect with others for guidance and support. We challenge each other throughout our journeys to EXPLORE, COMMIT, & STRIVE towards goals. We foster organic connections for women in STEM & build a COMMUNITY where we all grow relationships with each other AND leverage this amazing, high quality, high trust network to realize all of our visions. The network has a combination of in person networking events and on line meetings.
