Use AI for job interview prep

AI is the most accessible interview coach you've never used — available at 11pm the night before, free, and better at honest feedback than most people in your network. This video walks through a 4-step framework for using AI to prepare for any job interview: research the role, prepare your answers, practice out loud, and prepare the questions you'll ask.

Most people prep by skimming their resume and hoping for the best. AI lets you go much deeper. Paste the job description in and ask it to break down the top skills the role requires, what the company values, and what experience the hiring manager will care about most. Then ask it to identify where your background maps to what they're looking for — and where the gaps are that you should be ready to address. Ask it to help you turn your accomplishments into structured stories (situation, what you did, outcome).

Then — and this is the step most people skip — tell AI to act as the interviewer for that specific role and practice out loud. Ask for honest feedback: what's missing, what sounds vague, where are you underselling yourself? Finally, use AI to generate the questions you'll ask them. The questions you bring to an interview signal just as much about you as the answers you give.
