Latinas working in the United States and Canada face a wide range of stereotypes at work—whether it’s being typecast as foreigners, or being perceived as less educated and less ambitious. This playlist addresses some of the most common biases Latinas face, as well as research-backed, actionable steps you can take to combat them. Start a Lean In Circle and bring together a group of women to work through the topics in this playlist together and practice what you learn. Each video is accompanied by a guide specific to the experiences of Latinas. The guide helps you discuss with your peers how best to navigate these challenges and thrive at work.

In this video, we’ll teach you how to build a compelling case to support your request, how to prepare for your negotiation (including how to aim high!), and how to use language and framing to your advantage.
Each playlist is 7-to-9 months of curated content for women with shared experiences, career stages, or skill-building goals.
