We aim to build upon the progress made by those before us to address systemic workplace inequities in order to improve outcomes for ourselves and for those that will come after us.
This Circle was created with the intention to empower young professionals to build upon the progress made by those before us to address female equity in the workplace ~ in order to improve outcomes for ourselves and for those that come after us. By joining this circle, you will belong to a group of women and allies focused on developing professional skills, forming a valuable camaraderie, and creating a more equal world. Anyone is welcome to join this Circle although it will primarily focus on developing valuable skills for those just entering the workforce.
