Our mission
Lean In India is the official national chapter for Lean In, in India. We aim to contribute towards encouraging more women at leadership positions, through peer leaning in circles , campaigns to create awareness and bring together visionaries for networking and sharing through events . We believe in bringing small changes by means of circles running on pan-India basis and creating awareness through educational purposes in India . “ Increasing representation of women in leadership positions, by enabling women in workforce. “

In the last two years, we have made sincere efforts to create an ecosystem that supports change in the mindset. Overall, the objective is to bring together all such organisations to create better impact. The circles , events and the campaigns run in three segments of the society – Campus, Corporate and Communities and each of them has its individual role in molding a positive leadership mind set.
