Group discussion open to women and allies on leadership fundamentals and interest in management. Will also address workplace bias. This circle aims to be a safe space to share ideas, seek advice and gain new skills to foster your professional and personal growth. All are welcome (she, they, he) from various career stages. The group will meet on a monthly basis at ZCAS Montreal (in person or virtually). Les discussions seront en français, en anglais or a mix of both.
