We aim to encourage, empower, and inspire the next generation of inclusive leaders, young professionals and entrepreneurs starting with our communities throughout the Pacific Region.
Young Leadership INC Lean In Circle is a place where we can be unapologetically ambitious, expand our networks, and help each other achieve our goals. From Hawaii to the Pacific Northwest, Young Leadership INC has helped develop leaders in all capacities, in differentiating spaces, and across all arenas, from stay at home moms, parents, and teachers wanting to help grow their children, teens, and students into future leaders, to helping everyday employees attain managerial, supervisory, and leadership roles, even helping small business owners take it up a notch and level up their associations, organizations, and networks, we are here to help you. Join our in-person or virtual monthly meetings and we’ll dive into a different topics ranging from identifying our strengths and values to sharing strategies and motivation to contribute, connect, and continue to inspire young professionals and rising leaders across the PNW.
