We are open for new joiners. The circle is in it's third year now. We all have been working for a few years now and found in this group the cheerleaders we need to be brave and ambitious. We cover a different topic everytime (bargaining, communication, leadership to name a few), encourage each other to stand up for yourself at work, discuss current issues, and set goals for the next month. We meet every third Thursday of the month in a different restaurant every time. Everyone is once the moderator.
