We exists to support, connect and empower women across Yorkshire to step into leadership with confidence, clarity and purpose. Through honest conversation, shared experience and practical development, we create a trusted space where women grow their capability, strengthen their voice and support one another to lead meaningful change. Our mission is to build a community where leadership is accessible, grounded and impactful, and where women actively lift each other as they rise.
Yorkshire Women Leadership Circle is a Lean In community designed to bring together ambitious, thoughtful and driven women from across Yorkshire who are stepping into, or already shaping, leadership. This is a space where real conversations happen. A place to share experiences, build confidence, challenge thinking and support one another through the realities of leadership. Rooted in the principles of Lean In, the circle focuses on connection, growth and practical development. Members come together to exchange ideas, navigate challenges, and strengthen the skills and mindset needed to lead with clarity and purpose. Whether you are leading a team, building a business, influencing change in your community or exploring your next step, this circle offers a supportive network grounded in trust, accountability and shared ambition. At its heart, the circle is about women backing each other to lead well, think bigger and create meaningful impact.
