We are a group of women from UoE based in the PPBI, Admissions and Finance teams. We meet monthly and have set the following goals: 1. Linking up with other groups to gain and share knowledge with them (Other Lean In Groups, AUA, Unions, Women in HE, UBA network). Find out opportunities and things we can do to further our careers 2. Advocating for each other 3. Learn from senior leaders 4. Find out what our rights are e.g. maternity, employment rights etc, as well as entitlements, from other people’s experience 5. Remind each other of personal goals and push each other to achieve these 6. Encourage others to come up with actions to overcome their problems
