This group is directed towards all Gen Y professionals who grew up with the idea of equality but are now aware of the difficulty of reaching this ideal. We want to encourage other women to follow their dreams, regardless of the obstacles. We want to talk about what others don't. We are Generaion Y-Not? Y-Not be a working mom? Y-Not be be a man loving feminist? Y-Not pursue your dreams? Y-Not be a female engineer? Y-Not make real changes in our country?
