Through a variety of methods (including Lean In Circles) WOW London will: • Serve as a source of role models and connections for colleagues at all levels, locally and globally • Provide networking opportunities with each other and with leaders broadly and provide career-enhancing and advancing strategies • Create a community and forum for knowledge-sharing, information and experience and learning from one another • Showcase and develop the leadership skills and professional expertise of all members • Provide a platform to increase awareness and drive dialogue about gender diversity and inclusion in the workplace
