We aim to grow as facilitators and build a network through a culture of feedback that is purposeful and inclusive.
As a facilitator in Walmart's leadership excellence Academy for Hourly, Salaried, and community leaders, we are always looking for ways to hone in on our facilitation skills and grow as facilitators. This is a place to talk about facilitation techniques, provide real-time feedback in a constructive way via the SBI model, and grow a network of other "World-class Facilitators".
