The purpose of this Lean In Circle Group (Lean In | Millennial Women & Mentors of Faith) is to bring together Millennial Women & Women who have a heart for Mentorship. The group will meet virtually 1x/month for personal development purposes w/ group members alternating facilitating / leading sessions. There will be a component of meetings for personal growth & self reflection as well as networking, asking &receiving feedback on professional challenges. Whether you work in Corporate, Entrepreneurship, Real Estate, Arts & Entertainment, Healthcare/ Wellness, Beauty at any size org., you are welcome. The focus of this group is helping senior level professionals advance to mid-career/leadership/managerial roles by providing monthly skill development. The secondary focus is for working women and leaders at Executive / Director level who have a heart for mentoring to have an opportunity to mentor & develop on an intimate level and network amongst one another.
