About our Circle

  • Looking for members

WFF Lean In Circles are designed to help women engage with and support each other locally. Circles are a perfect complement to WFF’s mission to accelerate the advancement of women leaders in the food industry. Please join us on Oct. 10 for a WFF Lean In Circle activity with our partner companies around the nation. Go to the WFF Lean In Circle Chapter at http://leanincircles.org/chapter/womens-foodservice-forum-chapter to start a circle within our chapter. The Oct. 10 WFF Lean In Circle event coincides with the launch of the 2017 Women in the Workplace Study, which will deliver unique insights into company performance on gender diversity and the actions needed to accelerate the path to gender equality. This year, WFF and our partners convened the food community to gather industry-specific data for the first time in the study’s history. Initial results of the study will appear in the Wall Street Journal on Oct. 10 and could serve as a starting point for your circle discussions.

How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
