With the new blockchain industry explosion, there has been some gender bias surrounding female roles. With so many women working hard to contribute technical skills in this area we would like to promote and support the women in blockchain companies. Our aim is to educate companies and society on the importance of incorporating the technical abilities and business understanding of women in this fast-paced, innovative environment. We would like to make this an international group will a vision to create local hubs for face to face meetups and shared mentoring.
