The goal of this Circle is to enable professional women in the Luxembourg City area to connect, learn and grow together by talking openly about gender related issues in the workplace and practicing proven methods for self-improvement and empowerment. Discussion circles are facilitated conversations comprised of small groups of approximately 12-15 women. The conversations, led by women Circle members are designed to facilitate dialogue and encourage shared learning between women professionals at all levels. Through discussion circles, participants share differing viewpoints and encourage and support each other in an atmosphere of confidentiality and trust.
