Goals do not always have to be about your next promotion or your next move. Sometimes career goals can simply be about obtaining more work life balance; starting a family without feeling like you are "cheating" on your career; sourcing more learning; broadening a network to strengthen your performance or options and then sometimes it is about using all of this wealth of support or knowledge as leverage for your next move. Whatever your goal, this circle is here to enable us to work together on them! The group is for women young and more experienced, (sounds far better than old!) please feel free to invite new members.
