Os desafios para jovens mulheres que entram no mercado de trabalho, em especial para aquelas formadas nas áres de ciência, tecnologia, engenharia e matemática (STEM), são enormes. Nesses setores, os ambientes são dominados majoritariamente por homens brancos heterossexuais e a falta de diversidade dificulta nosso sentimento de pertencimento além de criar muitos obstáculos que surgem ao longo da nossa trajetória profissional. Por isso, nosso círculo tem como objetivo discutir tais barreiras e procurar soluções dentro da nossa capacidade de influência. E, principalmente, acolher qualquer uma que necessite de algum suporte emocional para enfrenter situações difíceis. Vamos nos unir! The challenges for young women entering in the labor market, especially for those in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), are enormous. In these sectors, environments are predominantly dominated by heterosexual white men, and the lack of diversity hampers our sense of belonging and creates many obstacles that arise throughout our professional trajectory. That is why our circle aims to discuss such barriers and seek solutions within our abilities to influence. And mainly, we intend to support anyone who needs some emotional help while is facing any difficult situations. Let's get together!
