A networking and support opportunity for women in the equality state. I first heard about this site in a TED talk, and thought "what a fantastic opportunity". Based on what I have read so far primary focuses seem to be women encouraging each other, learning from shared experiences, and becoming better leaders in whatever it is they do. And leaders don't only exist in the business world ladies! We are leaders in our everyday lives whether we work in the boardroom, classroom, the hospital room, or in the home we bring leadership to every task we undertake! Some groups are focused on a specific profession but others in a community, campus, or area. Because Wyoming is so small I thought maybe a statewide focus could be cool, and bring a variety of perspectives so don't be shy. I am excited to meet each and every one of you!
