This is a circle for women who work at Western Oregon University and/or have recently graduate from WOU. Our goal is to make WOU a great place for women to work and achieve their dreams by providing a forum for discussion of our experiences, needs, and perspectives. Our circle also encourages collaboration, mentoring, and support for those aligned with our goals.
