The purpose of this Chapter is to engage the women of the chamber in conversation on business, community and and political leadership. It is part of a larger vision to expand the leadership talent pool and ensure that companies, the chamber and the community have a pipeline of qualified, prepared leaders that includes women. The Women of the Chamber believe in the importance of mentoring each other. As we mature in our civic and business involvement as leaders, we believe in our responsibility to support other women on their leadership path.
