We are a group of female professionals with the goal of working together to build confidence in both our professional and personal lives. We aim to openly discuss everything from obvious barriers to subtle nuances that challenge women every day--from the woman sitting in front of the mirror to the woman presenting as a CEO. We just kicked-off this group and are holding monthly meetings. We also began a facebook page (see link) to share ideas and keep in touch in between meetings.
