We aim to empower women who enter corporate organisations in different positions to identify the challenges and manage their skills and motivation in order to accelerate in current market conditions.
My group involves experienced HR & business female professionals who aim to impact other women entering corporate organisations by discussing challenges and identifying and avoiding bias. The group includes both experienced and young professionals who have the chance to discuss and elaborate several topics in a comfortable and out-of-business context.
Networks connect groups of Circles and individuals that share a common location, company, affinity, industry, or interest area.
