The Women Lifting Women Lean In Circle is a space where we come together in an inclusive and collaborative environment to learn and develop workplace professionalism. Of note, our male employee’s are invited to join as well because their involvement increases their awareness and provides diverse perspectives in discussions and solutions for all. The circle allows individuals to support one another as we learn how to mitigate gender disparities in the workplace. It is an uplifting environment that will help everyone that needs guidance or a motivation to go to the next level in their careers.
