A Lean In Circle is a small group of 8-12 women who meet regularly to support each other and learn new skills. Our Lean In Circle will be a place where we can be unapologetically ambitious, expand our networks, and help each other achieve our goals. As you may already know, Sara Austin and I are launching this Circle together in hopes of bringing together women who are leading a Non-profit or Charitable organization that is either starting up or launching a new project or initiative. Our goal here is to facilitate some strategic alliances between women wh are in C-suite positions that could benefit from a circle of support and perhaps become informal mentors for each other;
