To offer women leaders in humanitarian settings a steady, well-held space for reflection, shared experience, and support while carrying real responsibility.
This circle is for women leading in humanitarian settings who are carrying real responsibility. It offers a steady, well-held space to pause and think with others who understand the pressure, ethical weight, and constraint that come with senior leadership in complex systems. Much of this work is done at pace, with little room to reflect on how decisions are made, what is being carried, or what needs protecting. This circle creates some of that room. We meet once a month on a simple, consistent platform. Engagement is optional. Some people may speak, others may listen, and some may simply value being present. The space is facilitated and intentionally held, so that conversations remain focused, respectful, and grounded in lived experience rather than performance or advice-giving. This is not a training, networking, or personal development group. It is not a place to fix problems or ask women to absorb more emotional labour on behalf of broken systems.
