Hola ladies of Costa Rica! My name is Tereza (Czech), and together with my colleague Virginie (French), we decided to start a club here in San Jose to network with like-minded professional women. Virginie and I are both in our late twenties, have travelled, studied and worked around the globe. We met in the office here in San Jose and quickly found out that we have something very specific in common - passion for women leadership activities and empowerment. I am a Co-Founder of an established London School of Economic's club called Women Leaders of Tomorrow. It is wonderful to see a diverse and inspiring group of women - networking, setting up businesses together, motivating each other, share their stories and so on. In 2013, Sheryl Sandberg herself reached out to our society and encouraged us in our mission. Her Lean In Movement is a perfect example of such a platform and has enabled women to interact and empower one another all around the world. Adios! Tereza & Virginie
