Our Lean In Circle for Young Emerging Female Leaders in Lebanon is a supportive and empowering community that aims to nurture the growth and development of aspiring women leaders. Inspired by the Lean In model, we provide a safe and inclusive space for like-minded peers to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Through monthly meetings, workshops, and training sessions, we offer resources and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Together, we strive to break barriers, promote diversity and inclusion, and create a supportive environment where all young women can thrive and become the leaders they aspire to be.
