Welcome to the Lean In circle for women who have attended Cranfield's Women as Leaders training course. This group belongs to all women who have been on the course and it's not run by Cranfield University. It's our way to stay in touch with the great women we have met, to support, to mentor and to encourage each other as we all strive forward (to the top of course!!)
