Our mission
Our mission is to share challenges with one another, ideate innovative solutions to these challenges, and exchange best practices in a safe, non-judgemental space to help each other grow one cathartic discussion at a time. This network will also extend its mentorship to networks of budding teen girls who aspire for a career in technology, guiding them and showcasing the right way to climb the technology ladder.
This is a network of women who are matter subject experts and leaders at technology companies across India, across myriad functions such as product & engineering, program testing, finance, strategy, business development, marketing and communications, etc. The mission of this network is to share challenges with one another, ideate innovative solutions to these challenges, and exchange best practices in a safe, non-judgemental space to help each other grow one cathartic discussion at a time.
