Our goal is to empower fellow roboticists so that each year we make ours lives better than the last
The Women in Robotics Lean in Circle is to support women roboticists to proactively lead sustainable careers, by fostering community, relationships, and collaboration. We work together to help members face their fears + take risks, recharge their energy + gain new perspectives on challenges, and own + leverage their unique personal strengths. We meet once a month, virtually, for 1.5h. At the moment we meet in Europe/Africa/Americas time zones (but get in touch if you're interested in others!) Our first session will be on Mon Oct 23 at 5pm GMT/10am PST/1pm EST. It will be centered around "Connection", including: * Personal introductions and our reasons for joining the circle. * Personal goal setting, responding to prompts such as "When you look back a year from now, what do you hope this Circle has helped you accomplish?" and "What holds you back from pursuing your boldest dream?". * Identifying the relevant topics for future circle meetings, based on member goals. You are welcome!
