Michelle Goodridge is the Founder and CEO of REAL MG (real estate empowers ambitious ladies management group) a membership based global networking community for women in the real estate industry. REAL MGs mandate is to bring women together to support, inspire, encourage, and mentor each other to build the confidence to become successful in their business while creating much needed balance in their personal lives. Michelle has over 23 years of experience in the real estate franchising industry. Working with the Chairman, President and Co-Founders of RE/MAX INTEGRA and RE/MAX Europe, the largest sub master franchisors under the RE/MAX umbrella. It was during her tenure with RE/MAX, she co-founded R.E.A.L. – RE/MAX Empowering Ambitious Ladies. This group was the catalyst for launching REAL MG in 2022 allowing all women in the real estate industry, regardless of brand, to participate in this evolving movement.
