Our mission
Our mission is to shed light on women in leadership and develop leadership skills.
The term „leadership“ is defined broadly and incorporates any context in which women can take over leading positions: science & academia, business, media, economy, politics, society, family, friendship, neibourhood etc. The circle is open both to women who have a leading position and aim to improve their leading skills and to women who aim to scale in leading positions. In this circle, we are going to **reflect on the importance of women in leadership and on the role of women as leaders **explore female leadership in different contexts ** reflect on our own leadership roles ** Develop and strengthen leadership skills ** Support each other at gaining leading positions **Establish a work-life balance ** Identify and manage barriers and biases ** Develop synergies
