Our mission
Unfold Hyderabad exists to create safe, structured and deeply personal spaces for ambitious women in healthcare to grow together. Through curated Lean In Circles, we commit to showing up for ourselves and each other — to learn, lead and unfold with courage, honesty and purpose.
Unfold Hyderabad is a collective of Lean In Circles created for women working in healthcare across all roles — clinicians, administrators, entrepreneurs, researchers and students. Each circle is a small, high-trust group of 10–12 women who meet monthly for six months to reflect, grow and support one another through real conversations and structured development activities. This circle is for women who are committed to their ambition, value peer learning and are ready to grow unapologetically — together.
