Our mission
To empower professional women in Toronto — especially women who built their lives here without the safety net of family nearby — to advance into leadership, navigate systemic barriers with strategy and confidence, and find genuine belonging in a city they chose to call home.
A Lean In Circle for ambitious women in their late 20s to mid-30s building careers in finance, tech, and consulting across downtown Toronto. We especially welcome international women — many of us came to Canada alone to study and chose to build our lives here. That journey takes grit, and it's something we deeply respect. We are each other's community, sounding board, and cheer squad. Expect honest career conversations, cultural exchange, and great drinks in a space where you truly belong.
