We meet for an hour every 6 weeks, either online or in person, and consider how our body and mind are linked to our leadership. We share about some strategies that work for women at work and learn from each other as we bring our issues to the table and focus on solutions. At the end of each circle, we will commit to one action to take us out of our comfort zone before the next meeting. I am hoping to organize the first meeting as soon as I have 4 members in the circle.
