Women Cardinals Lean-In at Hibbing Community College is a place to share ideas, get advice, learn skills and support one another. Children are welcome! Please just bring anything they need to be entertained. Our group will honor the "Circle Fundamentals" to build and maintain a supportive community: Confidentiality. Trust is crucial. What happens in the Circle should stay in the Circle. Communication. Commit to share openly and honestly—and to listen with empathy. Commitment. Everyone should be invested in your Circle’s success and fully present at meetings. Our topics will be chosen by the group, but some options are listed in the profile.
