Lean In Vodafone is dedicated to creating an inclusive culture where every woman feels that they belong and are enabled to thrive at work. If we talk openly about the challenges women face and work together, we can change the trajectory of women and create a better experience for all of us.
Our Lean In Vodafone Network will be a place where we can be ambitious, make connections, inspire and celebrate success, and help each other achieve our goals in and outside the workplace. This group is for all Vodafone employees interested in leading or joining a Lean In Circle for their market, connecting Circles across Vodafone. At each meeting, we’ll explore a different topic ranging from leveraging our strengths and connecting for opportunities, to combating gender bias and enabling all women to realize their potential at Vodafone.
