Women in Analytics and Customer Insights (WOMAC) is an industry-driven Honors student mentoring program whose goal is to dispel the perception that marketing is mainly advertising or public relations. Because of this, many quantitatively oriented female students tend to pursue accounting or finance degrees instead. WOMAC seeks out industry support to help raise awareness about this rewarding career track with young female students. WOMAC also includes student ambassadors who help guide the program by working with their fellow female students interested in these growing fields. WOMAC is mainly targeted at undergraduate students with a high GPA
