This is a circle for woman of color that are currently working within the health insurance/healthcare field, who want to empower others at any age to pursue their career goals with reckless abandon. We will discuss the following; strategies for career upward mobility, interview techniques, the importance of sponsors vs. mentors, exchange helpful resources such as books, podcasts and online platforms that provide additional guidance. Our group will meet both in person and online.
