Welcome to W.I.L.L.O.W., a women’s leadership society, created to support and inspire leaders who believe in leveraging compassionate, reflective practices so that they, and their organizations may flourish under positive circumstances, and most importantly during times of challenge, duress and uncertainty. Who We Are We are women who hold leadership positions in varied settings. We recognize compassionate leadership is not a weakness, but an imperative. We value trust, honesty, respect and kindness as leadership pillars. We are inspired by other women leaders. We read books on leadership and we take steps to continually build our leadership ability. We recognize that being a strong leader is not a destination, but a journey, one we will be on for a lifetime.
