Our circle's 3 main goals are: 1) Network and build relationships across different departments within our organization while learning more about the roles of each. 2) Develop skills necessary for career advancement within Wiley edu, LLC. 3) Discuss barriers/challenges woman in the workforce face, and brainstorm positive ways to address them.
