As someone who constantly was told 'you're too nice' in work when I asked for feedback I found it difficult to build on my confidence and speak up to be heard. But I applied some useful tips I gained throughout my journey which was key to my successes. I will be hosting a small Circle to invite those of you who also find it difficult to build on your confidence and speaking up and give you some useful tips to apply to your every day working life.
