This Lean In Circle is for mid-career women in Wellington who are ready for their next chapter. You’ve built experience. You’ve delivered results. You’re capable and credible. And yet — you may be asking, what’s next? This circle brings together a small group of thoughtful, ambitious women to have honest conversations about growth, stretch, reinvention, and leadership. We meet in-person and online in Wellington, New Zealand in a structured, confidential setting. Each session combines guided discussion, reflection, and practical accountability — creating space to think bigger, challenge assumptions, and move forward with clarity. Whether you’re considering a leadership shift, a portfolio move, governance roles, a pivot, or simply seeking renewed momentum — you don’t have to figure it out alone.
